Examinations were performed using the EH 900 V IRISCOPE device. Parameters such as iris type, density, relief, pupillary margin, autonomic ring, and pigment spots were evaluated.

Results. In healthy students, radial-wavy and radial-homogeneous iris types predominated (87%), reflecting strong constitution. In individuals with psychoneurological instability, radial-lacunar and lacunar types were more frequent, accompanied by weak iris density (5–6 grades), deformations of the autonomic rings, and pigment spots, particularly localized on the “11:00–13:00” meridian corresponding to the pituitary projection. These changes correlated with symptoms including hyperactivity (86%), emotional lability (71%), and anxiety (28%).

Conclusion. The findings confirm that iridodiagnostics can serve as an additional method for early identification of children and adolescents at risk of psychoneurological disorders, enabling timely preventive interventions and monitoring.
Malika Iskandarova Gulnoza Atimtaeva Copyright (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-11-15 2025-11-15 3 3 3 14
