I-EDU GROUP LLC is a publishing, educational, and scientific support organization based in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The organization provides professional, technical, and organizational support for scholarly journals, academic institutions, researchers, and editorial teams, with a particular focus on the development of modern digital scholarly publishing infrastructure.

As the Publisher and publishing support provider of the journal, I-EDU GROUP LLC supports the technical and organizational implementation of internationally recognized practices in scholarly publishing, including transparent editorial workflows, publication ethics, Open Access, metadata management, persistent identifiers, digital dissemination, and long-term accessibility of scholarly content.

The Publisher’s principal activities include:

  • providing publishing, technical, and organizational support for scholarly journals;
  • developing and maintaining journal websites and digital publishing platforms;
  • supporting editorial workflows through Open Journal Systems (OJS);
  • supporting the development and implementation of editorial policies, publication ethics, peer review procedures, and author guidelines;
  • facilitating the assignment, registration, and maintenance of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs);
  • supporting the preparation and deposit of publication metadata in scholarly infrastructure services;
  • assisting journals in improving metadata quality, interoperability, discoverability, and indexing readiness;
  • supporting compliance with internationally recognized principles of publication ethics, transparency, Open Access, and responsible scholarly publishing;
  • supporting the implementation of transparent copyright and licensing policies;
  • supporting digital archiving and long-term preservation of published scholarly content;
  • providing training, consultation, seminars, and educational programmes for editors, reviewers, authors, researchers, and academic institutions.

Editorial Independence

I-EDU GROUP LLC does not participate in the scientific evaluation of manuscripts and does not influence peer review outcomes or editorial decisions.

Decisions concerning manuscript suitability, peer review, revision, acceptance, or rejection are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board on the basis of scientific quality, methodological soundness, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, ethical compliance, and independent reviewers’ recommendations.

Commercial, technical, organizational, or financial considerations must not influence editorial decisions.

Publishing Responsibilities

Within its publishing role, I-EDU GROUP LLC provides and supports:

  • journal publishing infrastructure;
  • technical operation of the electronic journal platform;
  • metadata management and quality control;
  • DOI-related services;
  • digital dissemination;
  • technical support for Open Access publishing;
  • preservation and continuity of digital journal content;
  • technical support for interoperability with scholarly communication infrastructure.

Scientific and editorial responsibility for published content remains with the journal’s Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board.

Mission

Through its publishing and educational activities, I-EDU GROUP LLC supports the development of scholarly publishing in Uzbekistan, the adoption of internationally recognized publishing practices, stronger academic communication, and the international accessibility of research produced by national scientific and academic institutions.
