Abstract

The number of children with ASD continues to grow worldwide. According to the CDC (2023), 1 in 36 children has ASD. The causes remain complex, with a significant contribution from genetic factors. Modern research has identified more than 1,000 genes associated with autism. Of particular importance is the study of family cases with identified genetic mutations accompanied by impaired psychomotor development.
