Abstract

In recent years, congenital heart defects (CHD) have occupied a leading position among the causes of newborn hospitalization in Uzbekistan. After cardiac surgery in children, it is extremely important to choose the optimal infusion therapy regimen. Current recommendations indicate the need to use isotonic balanced solutions and limit the volume of infusion. Of particular interest is the effectiveness of acetate-containing solutions and minimalist protocols in conditions of limited hemodynamic reserve.
