Abstract
Cystic dilation of the external bile ducts is a rare anomaly, still poorly understood. In modern literature, they are often called "choledoch cyst" (KX). The treatment of HC is exclusively surgical. There is no consensus among the authors on the methods of surgical treatment of HC.
