Abstract

Bladder exstrophy (BE) is a rare and severe congenital anomaly affecting the genitourinary system, musculoskeletal system, and abdominal wall. The defect of the pubic symphysis and pelvic bone separation complicate the restoration of anatomical structures, increasing the risk of recurrences and complications. In this regard, the choice of pelvic osteotomy method to facilitate diastasis closure has important clinical significance.
