NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT IN THE SURGICAL CORRECTION OF OBSTRUCTIVE UROPATHIES IN CHILDREN
FULL TEXT:
Abstract
Urodynamic disorders lead to the development of chronic obstructive pyelonephritis, resulting in chronic renal failure in 23–27% of cases in children. Nutritional deficiency reduces the body's defense capabilities, leading to an increase in pyelonephritis exacerbations, delayed postoperative wound healing, and slower recovery of kidney function.
