COMPLICATED LIVER EXINOCOCCAL DISEASE IN CHILDREN

FULL TEXT:

Abstract

Due to the prevalence of natural foci of exinococcal invasion in our republic, the frequency of infection with multiple and combined injuries of the limbs is 19-26%. In the child's body, exinococcosis has a widespread growth and can reach large and giant sizes in a relatively short time, with complications, their frequency ranges from 26 to 52%. Despite the large amount of research on echinococcosis, the tactics of surgical treatment of multiple and combined forms of injury in children in particular remain an urgent issue.
