КЛИНИКО-НЕВРОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ И НЕЙРОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ У ДЕТЕЙ С ТРИСОМИЕЙ 21 ХРОМОСОМЫ

Referat

Синдром Дауна – самая распространенная хромосомная патология. Она возникает, когда в результате
случайной мутации в 21-й паре появляется еще одна хромосома. Зачастую дети с синдромом Дауна (СД) и
сопутствующими нарушениями имеют более низкий уровень IQ, тяжелые формы стереотипного поведения.
Цель исследования: изучение неврологических состояний у детей с СД. Проведение клинико-неврологических,
нейрофизиологических и аудиологических исследованиий у 34 детей (16 мальчиков, 18 девочек) с СД. Для
определения интеллектуального статуса у детей с СД использовалась шкала Стэнфорд-Бине. Проявление
аутистических расстройств, соматическая патология, отсутствие речевой активности являются
неблагоприятными прогностическими факторами у детей с СД.
