Bolalarda qo‘shma shikastlanishlarda oyoq-qo‘l sinishlarining kam invaziv osteosintezi

Maqsad. Bolalarda qo‘shma shikastlanishda osteosintezning kam invaziv usullarini qo‘llash bilan oyoq-qo‘llarning uzun suyaklari sinishlarini davolash natijalarini yaxshilash.
Materiallar va usullar. 2020 yildan 2024 yilgacha bo‘lgan davrda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Sog‘liqni saqlash vazirligining Respublika shoshilinch tibbiy yordam ilmiy markazida 654 nafar bola turli darajadagi qo‘shma shikastlanishlar bilan davolangan. Ulardan 120 nafar bola skelet jarohati ustunlik qilgan "politravma" tashxisi bilan davolandi. YTHdan keyin davolanganlar - 487 nafar (74,5%), balandlikdan yiqilganlar - 101 nafar (15,4%) bolalar. Qolgan bolalar - 66 (10,1%) maishiy, ko‘cha va sport jarohatlari natijasida tayanch-xarakat tizimining qo‘shma shikastlanishlarini olgan.
Natijalar. Bizning fikrimizcha, shoshilinch tibbiy yordam markazi kabi ixtisoslashtirilgan markazlarda bir bosqichli (bir narkoz davomida) operatsiyalarni o‘tkazish imkoniyatlarini ishlab chiqish muhimdir. Dominant shikastlanish bo‘yicha jarrohlik aralashuvlarini o‘tkazish birinchi navbatda deb hisoblanadi va qo‘l-oyoqlarda operatsiyalar massiv qon ketish mavjud bo‘lganda, masalan, segmentlarning uzilishida amalga oshiriladi. Qolgan hollarda bosqichli operatsiyalarni o‘tkazish tavsiya etiladi.
Xulosa. Qo‘shma shikastlangan bolalarda oyoq-qo‘llarning uzun suyaklari sinishlarida oddiy arzon metall konstruksiyalardan foydalanish, osteosintezni kam invaziv usullarini qo‘llash. Bolalarda oyoq- qo‘llarning uzun suyaklari sinishlarini osteosintez qilishning kam invaziv usullari jabrlanuvchining umumiy holatiga qarab ham erta, ham kechiktirilgan tartibda qo‘llanilishi mumkin.
