Annotatsiya

Asos. Surunkali bitmaydigan yaralarning (SBY) immunologik xususiyatlarini o‘rganish, immunologik parametrlarning tizimli yallig‘lanish rivojlanishidagi rolini aniqlash va an’anaviy immunokorreksiya samaradorligini baholash.


Materiallar va usullar. SBY bilan 84 nafar bemor tahlil qilindi. Klinik namoyon bo‘lish xususiyatlari, CD20+ va CD23+ limfotsitlar darajasi, sitokinlar (IL-1, TNF-α, TGF-β), immunoglobulinlar (IgA, IgM, IgG), shuningdek, gumoral va hujayraviy immunitet ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi. Tadqiqotlar davolashning 1, 7, 14 va 28-kunlarida o‘tkazildi.


Natijalar. Tizimli yallig‘lanish bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda CD20+ va CD23+ hujayralari sezilarli darajada oshgani aniqlanib, B-hujayra immun javobining kuchayganligini ko‘rsatdi. T-limfotsitlar tanqisligi va immunoregulyator indeksning buzilishi qayd etildi. Immunokorrektsion davolash immun holatni to‘liq tiklamadi, bu esa jarayonning surunkalashishiga olib keldi.


Xulosa. SBY immun tizimining sezilarli disfunksiyasi bilan xarakterlanadi. Yetarli immunokorrektsiyaning yo‘qligi surunkali sepsisga olib kelishi mumkin. Immunologik buzilishlarni hisobga olgan holda yangi terapevtik yondashuvlar zarur.
