Annotatsiya

Трансплантация почки является высокотехнологичным радикальным методом заместительной почечной
терапии, позволяющим значительно продлить жизнь и улучшить ее качество пациентам с терминальной
стадией хронической почечной недостаточности (ХПН). У педиатрических пациентов успешно проведённая
трансплантации почки не только устраняет клинические проявления ХПН, но и нормализует рост костей,
половое созревание, умственное развитие и социальную адаптацию.

  7. Ключевыми требованиями являются продолжение иммуносупрессивной терапии и мониторинг признаков раннего отторжения трансплантанта.

Имуносупрессорная терапия (ИСТ) остаётся клю¬чевым звеном в лечении реципиентов почки и непо¬средственно влияет на развитие послеоперационных осложнений, продолжительность функционирования трансплантанта, отдалённую выживаемость и качество жизни пациентов с терминальной стадией ХПН (ХБП IV- V стадии) [10, 25, 26].

  9. Иммунная система у детей требует более диф¬ференцированного применения иммуносупрессивных средств, чем у взрослых. Тяжесть побочных эффектов сте¬роидов в условиях растущего организма свидетельствует о необходимости осторожного подхода к их проведению.
