Особенности течения и лечения острой внебольничной пневмонии у детей раннего возраста с врождённым дефектом расщелины нёба и губы
Аннотация
Цель. Изучить клинические особенности и направления лечения острой внебольничной пневмонии у детей раннего возраста с врождённым дефектом расщелины нёба и губы.
Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 40 детей с врождённым дефектом расщелины нёба и губы (основная группа) и 44 ребёнка без данного дефекта, страдающих очагово-сливной пневмонией, требующей стационарного лечения (контрольная группа).
Результаты. Острая пневмония у детей с врождённым дефектом расщелины нёба и губы отличалась более тяжёлым течением. У этих пациентов часто наблюдались изменения со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта, что усугубляло течение пневмонии.
Заключение. Применение препарата Энтерожермина в сочетании с комплексной терапией показало высокую клиническую эффективность.
